I have never made ruffles before, and this was a great way to explain it. I used twice the amount of fabric as the area it would cover, and it was plenty of frills. I am currently making Halloween costumes, so I will not have time before Christmas to make these. I do think I will make them for the 3 little girls. I have been trying to find something fun to do for their room and quilts, these pillow cases have inspired me. I am book marking this site and will be emailing you as I have questions. The only thing I am worried about is the machine quilting as I haven't done this in 8 years. Hopefully it's like riding a bike. Thanks again for all your wonderful ideas.
